It's been awhile since I've posted over here at Scribbles and Swirls but due to those darn things called New Year's Resolutions, I have resolved to keep up with my posting. There are so many beautiful things that inspire me and I would love to continue to share them with you!
Glass Ornament Topiaries
Now that the holidays are over it is a good time to stock up on those extra Christmas ornaments at fabulous clearance prices. Maybe choose some new colors to fit into your current home decor throughout the year!
Better Homes and Gardens has a great tutorial on how to make them, like the shiny glass ornament topiaries pictured above.
This one picture is going to have to speak 1,000 words because I am having a hard time locating the original source. But for now I'm still going to show it because I LOVE it! I found it HERE for those of you that wish to track it down.
You know how I love a good DIY project, and I happened to find this one with some pretty classy scribbles. This project is copied from a Ballard Design inspiration and simple to make. Head over to Domestically Speaking to find out how.
SBDIGS.com from the Santa Barbara area shares some fabulous Container Gardens.. These were featured by Grace Design Associates and are so elegant! I had to share them the moment I laid eyes on them. Enjoy!
Wow! It came out so small on the computer and does not do it justice. This is one of my all time favorite pieces. You can purchase this beautiful gold personalized monogram charm at Charm and Chain. You'll have to click over to see the price. It's a little out of my budget right now, but maybe it is in yours!
Here it is again...larger and blurrier! Still beautiful.
Why I do not collect crosses is beyond me. I am in love with them and am afraid if I start to collect them it will get out of control . When I was perusing the internet this image kept catching my eye. You can purchase your own from Gale's Gifts. This website has very unique designs that are easy to fall in love with.
I may need to rethink the cross decor and get started on that collection!
